To keep pace with the economic revolution witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and based upon a studied plan, the company has decided to establish specialized sections for all matters related to water sectors and projects and the company transferred into SAMNAN Company for Trading and Maintenance in 1997G. To reap the benefit of efforts exerted through five decades, in 2010G, SAMNAN Company, decided to transfer its section into limited liability companies led by its visions, and such companies are SAMNAN WATER SOLUTIONS, SAMNAN FOR SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS, SAMNAN MODERN POOLS, SAMNAN PETROLEUM SERVICES, SAMNAN FOOD SERVICES, SAMNAN FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, SAMNAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT, SANUM ALJAZEERA COMPANY, MIYAH COMPANY, OPERATION, REZEQ COMPANY, ALHUFI CONTRACTING COMPANY AND WATERENA.
